Toshiba3377DB Excess red on picture & current overflow

My tv has excessive red colour in picture only in black dark area of picture and human faces. I the transistors and all the 6 registers for RGB drive. Then run the self check. The self check showing an error. Power : 98 (should be 00), Bus Line : OK, Cont Line : OK, Blocl UV, V1, V2, QV01. Could any one help me please? The mnual said this error code means excessive current flow. Back of the picture tube there are spaking noise coming from where the flyback red wire gone in.. I have no idea what that fault could be. Please help ...........thanks.........
