Hi guys can you help.

Im so stupid.

Basically I pushed the buttons on my Panasonic tv to hard and they fell into the box. So what I did to change channels was poke a thin metal object in the hole and tried to push down on the plastic button. as soon as I did that the TV powered off. i think I touched something metal inside.
bad idea.

Does anyone know what I have done Please ....and what I need to do to rectify?

I'm so thick and now I have no TV to watch
