Zenith Z46Z83D8 projection T.V. Please Help !!

I have a Zenith Z46Z83D8 projection T.V. the picture is almost gone you can't see the picture unless it is dark,and then it is still very dim ! any ideas on fixing this ?

Remove the front speaker grill and the door behind it. Turn up the screen control and see if it helps. If your a smoker remove the screens and clean the mirror and three lenses.
