TV Philips model 28pw6006 chassis l01.1e had the burnt BU4508DX of position 7460 substitutes it and the TV was without sound and the image with a horizontal trace close to the top. It will be that they can help me to find the problem? Thanks a lot

I think you have 2more problems. The horizontal trace indicates that you have a fault in vertical circuit that might be some caps faulty or vertical controler(check all semiconductors near this).
Sound problem...try to check TDA output or Speakers o/c.

Try a phillips oe hot. Some stuff you can't use generic replacement parts.
