I have a vizio l32 tv that will not power on. I thought that the power supply was faulty but once I changed the fuse, the yellow light came on in the tv. The tv still does not come on once the power supply is turned on. I have tested all of the fuses I could find, but with out a schematic I can not be sure if I found them all.
