Problem opening Acer Note 370PC - Searching for cmos battery

Hi.. I have an 10years old Acer Note Light 370PC.
My Problem is, that the cmos battery is bad and I don't know where it is located. I searched the Internet and all I found were some suggestions where the batt might be. That didn't help.

Even with the service-manual from "esi" I wasn't able to open the keyboard or the case itself.

I really bothered a lot of people with this.. please help me rescue my Acer...

moves the cover of left speaker to left and the right speaker to right

Hi Jasi! Hoffe du kannst deutsch lesen?
Als:oeffne alle schrauben-alle. hebele das keyboard heraus- schiebe die Speaker cases nach aussen- teile den Tft vom body
