BenQ FP71G+S PC Monitor Issue!

Hello,

My computer monitor is powering down every time I press the
power button, I get a picture for half a second then it powers down.

I could and still can hear a high pitch noise coming from the monitor.

Could someone please help me, I am not sure, maybe a cap is faulty?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
