Bush 2877NTX power supply fault

This TV power supply seems to be continually trying to start - it gives a click, click, click on audio (about 3 secs apart). Any thoughts about what the fault might be ? - I don't have any schematics unfortunately, so this is making diagnosis even more difficult. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Fixed it !! It turned out that one secondary supply from the SMPS transformer was zero volts - the diode (FR303) was short-circuit.
