Toshiba 519S9JK No PIC and Russter...

I have A Toshiba tv whit picture problem,no ruster ,appears rinbow color at the right corner of the top screen...
The PCB have much mark whit : TLC-134
The type of the tv : Toshiba 519S9JK

There are some IC or transistor :
1. AN5515
2. D1427
3. C3927
4. TA8211AH
5. TA8720AN
6. TA8659AN
7. TA7360P
8. TC89101P
9. 47C634NR347
10. D6336C

I was replace : a Ic303 ( AN5515 ) and a elco C313 ( 100uf/50V) , Q404 ( D1427 ), C106( 2uf2/350V ),C451 ( 33uf/160V )

Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

The FTB /TFB : TFB4039AD
(when I detached,n I measuring whit DVM looks fine )

I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WHIT TV

Hii..there...
after I replace the AN5515(Vert) and D1427(HOT) the picture won't come normaly I must wait for 15minute for a good picture( not really good but look blure picture/poor picture)...... Rolling Eyes

Does it have a MPVU14 or 15? Called a hyper board behind your jack pack. A silver can.

you said no picture?f you have picture but rainbow 3d colors could be convergence problem.please reply.

Yesterday some of my friend told me if the problom isn't from the FTB because the FTB is good when I check whit DVM.I must to recheck the HOT and the Vertical ic.The colecctor output of HOT(D1427)readed 112V.
.....finnally I try to replace the D1427 whit a new one and olso to change all the capasitor near the HOT,try to resoldering all the coil and resistor nearby the FTB,HOT,Vertical ic(AN5515)....
Guesss what.......
The TV WORK NORMALY......
