Zenith Rear Projection TV PVR4663RK Convergence

Just replaced Diode on Power board, and R5102 (120k) on red convergence module to fix color problems, but now the convergence is way off. I tried adjusting all the little dials on the convergence board, and they are so out of whack now that i messed with them, and i cant get them back to factory settings. If anyone can tell me how to adjust these dials, or try to get a factory setting it would be greatly appreciated. Also it seems like i can get one side of the screen to focus in but not the other. can someone give me an idea. i also have a feeling that another resistor is bad, but im not sure.
