Prima Model XT-13F9

Please help...I have a prima xt-13F9 small t.v. that is making a buzzing noise so I opened the panel to inspect the pc board there were several diodes, resistors and a few exploaded/swelled caps in the area next to the power relay that has the thick red wire that plugs into the tube. I am looking for a diagram that will show the component values and also what may have caused this condition as the man power and fuse appear to be fine.
