Hellige manual/help

Hi,

I have an Hellige ECG-machine, which stopped functioning adequately. It's a Hellige EK53. Problem is that when I want to start the measurement, it usually is supposed to say 'please wait' only once and after that: start the ECG. But now it keeps on reporting 'please wait' repeatedly whithout performing an ECG. If anyone can help me with this problem and/or provide me with a manual, it would make me very happy...
