Blaupunkt IDC A09 CD Changer (Code)

My Blaupunkt CD Changer led's are all flashing, not sure if I need the code, but it does not play and I cant eject my cds. If it needs the code, how do I input it and also how do I get the code. The ser. number: BP910034746161
