1. First the set was dead
2. I replaced the Power Supply board and was able to power up successfully.
3. But now the convergence is out of wak, expecially the green.
4. I cannot bring it into allignment via service mode using the cross hatch pattern and remote control adjustments.

Is this normal after replacing the PS Board? Any ideas on what to adjust?

replace 2 convergence ics.(STKS ON HEAT SINCS).DONT FORGET HEATSINC COMPOUND AND CHECK PICO FUSES.

I am a little confused. Dont these reside ON the power supply board, which I just replaced??

i think the power supply board is separate.these ics i believe are on the deflection pcb,with the flyback on it. verify by checking the board you replaced,look for 2 large ics starting with stk392-???.if you dont see them check on deflection pcb.near the rear of the board.

Yep, they are definately on the G Board (Power supply board).

Did you swap the digital convergence generator? Or is that on a different board.
