WTD: Pioneer VSX-27TX service manual

I'm having issues with the audio turning on when I power up my receiver (Pioneer Elite VSX-27TX) and would like to find a service manual for it. I've had the main circuit board resoldered, but that didn't solve the problem. The main relays turn-on, but audio takes anywhere from several minutes to an hour to start.
