PVR4663rk no picture but sound

any tips to get it running again? i have no real knowledge of Electronics. but i need a place to start, i got this thing for free. the service man he got to look at the T.v. said it might need new tubes... but none of the colors work.
it seems to work fine otherwise.

i found R3267 to have burn marks around the solder points on the top and will replace it in the morning. i checked the daughter board and it looks to be in good shape.
