Sony rear projection tube replacement

Hello :
How difficult is it to replace the tube/lens on an older model Sony rear projection TV? Where's the best place to get the parts? At this point I'm not sure it's worth the money.

if tube is actually shot,if you replace only one it will over dominate over other two.you wont be able to get good grey scale without replacing all three.
