Sharp tft monitor ll-t17a4

Hi

I have a lcd monitor with no backlight (flash on briefly at switch on). I have no service manual so I am in the dark a bit I thought it was a fault with the caps on the invertor changed them all and it still does not work. I was unsure if it could be the ccfl but they light up for about a second on switch on.

Any ideas?
