pioneer dvd xvhtd530 flashing timer

all start due to a surge the transformers fuse blew out so I use a thin wire to make it work then I enter the sevice mode the display shows protecct error this means that there is something wrong with the amp assy but I already check everything the protecction sistem check for shorts or low or high voltages called abnormability maybe the transformer's out put became corrupted after the surge the transformer is ATS7354 if anyone knows any solution or tip about it or at least the right voltage output thanks for any help
