nec 50mp1 px-50xm1 power supply problem

Hello, I need some help identifying a component on my plasma power supply. It is a 5 pin sot-23 (I think) device that is labeled "204 1a". Seems to be some kind of FET driver as it hooks to the gate of the 2sk3299 fet's. It is located on the bottom left fet board (pkg-1821). The tv is a marantz pd5010 but is actually a remarked nec 50mp1. All the service manuals I have found have no schematics for the power supply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
