yamaha rx-v490 Reciver problem. 1st power on clicks clicks..

I have had this reciever for a long time, worked great till about 3 months ago. Now when it is turned off or unplugged and turned back on after about 1 minute.....it clicks over and over for about an hour. I opened up the case and seen no burns or leakage of any sort. There is 2 relays, or so I assume they are, that are causing the noise. One is behind the power supply, the other is more to the right, on a pannal sticking up. Please, if you can help, know of anyone to help, ect....Let me know!
