LG Flatron MZ-42PZ24-After turning it on,it turns to standby

Hello,

i hope someome can help me with this problem on my LG PDP Plasma TV:

When you turn it on, emmideatly it turn by itself off (to Stanby Modus),
the LED is then on (red).

A not very professional electronic repairman checked it and told me that the following board could be not working right, because it makes strange noise by turning the the tv on:

Does anybody knows something about that problem? Any ideas?
I would be very thankfull of any answers, ideas and help.

In addition to that, does anyone have parts for this Plasma, especially the board which could be damaged.
