Can anyone please tell me how to access the service menu on a Sony KV-32FX68u

in sony colour tv put it in standby mode and prese slepe mode in romut control and prese volum - in the tv panal then reless stand by mode you can get service mode opitision.

Use other remote, for example RM-870.

Hi, If you don`t know how to access Sony`s to bring up the service mode
then you should NOT be attempting to do so, this is NOT something to
go in and just randomly play with, do yourself a big favor and save your
money, call a tech, Larry E

[/quote]for the kv3268u,the standby light flashes 3 times stops and repeats the same,anyone know what it means,as the tv was perfect..
