Sony CPD-G520 Monitor

Hi,
My 21" Sony "CPD-G520" CRT monitor is sick nowadays. Need doctor's advise and probably require prescription to be healthy again.

When I turn it ON, its green light lit but no picture showing on screen. Not even OSD. It's totally blank...

I've downloaded to service manual but don't know where to start with. Any step-by-step help will be highly appreciated.

I love my oldie-Goldie... Don't want to throw into garbage.
