Anybody who may kindly help me to fix this type of problems always very common to this hp 7540 monitor.
1) Turning the power on and then green led will show blinking light and then off again and then on again over and over, the H-out transistor is ok, tried to swap in another flyback transformer from a working one but same, anyone who might have good idea what could be the problem?
2) another problem is, the green led is on but it is little bit dim light and there is no display or raster showing. I measure the secondary output voltage like 12volts it shows only around 7 or 8 volts.

If I put a precharged battery onto the board, it'll let me fire it up and it'll also then detect AC-in. However it does not seem to -charge- while on. Soon as the battery goes flat, the whole system shuts down. It would seem there's a problem with the AC-supplied-DC-input side
