sony describe power supply as replacement only, unfortunately as a result the diagram is not therefore included in the service manual, and as you have discovered is a common fault, i have had to replace several in this model.

unlikely, unless some one on ebay has one for sale, part is only supplied to authorised sony digital service centres. pt no for the kz32ts1e switching regulator is 1-468-658-31 may be different for non-uk
