RCA LCD screen to computer MOD

I have the screen and controller board from my old portable DVD player that I want to add to my computer case as a second monitor. My problem lies in that I'm not sure what wires are what. I know that this can be done, but I lack the knowledge of how to do it. I know that my computer can support dual monitors, I have extra cables I can cut up for the task. I just need to know what wires to solder together, and how to get the correct voltage from my computers power supply. I would love any help in this matter.
