DELL Latitude C500 Battery PINOUT

Please, i would like to know the connector pinout of the DELL Battery P/N 851UY, or 75UYF, or 1691P, or 5081P, or 3149C or 53977.

This connector has 7 pins, and I dont know who are "+" and "-" of them...
