I may be able to save you some trouble....
those cameras... unless you have very special equiptment... are not repairable
sonys new policy, anyhow is to ship those to laredo, texas so the mexicans can fix them for $1 an hour. (yeah, look where laredo is in relation to the border.. add 2+2 and you got it.)

dont waste your time on that one..
