Help please on this reg. LM317T

I Have 2 Pip regulators LM317T,NTE956,SK9215, out of the circuit one of them is bad or both i'm not sure.Any body has one known good one please measure it for me please. i'm giving you guys what my measurements on mine is, measuered with diode test on the fluke 88.



pin 1 probe-to pin 2 probe+ OL, pin 1+ to pin 2- OL.
Pin 2-to pin 3+.865, pin 2+ to pin 3-.528, pin 1+ to pin 3- 2.404, pin 1- to pin 3+ OL.


now the only diference to the other reg is between pin 1+ and pin2- have 2.788 while the one i gave you all the measurements is OL could some one please tell me which one is good Thanks in advance.

the measurement is from centre pin to each outer pin - conducts 1 way only- but the only real test is under load- volt in +, c= -, volt out = reg volts)-under load- as to setting).
