I need to know what resistor to use to replace a .6 -.7vlt. surface mount fuse,I need to replace it with a resistor with the same properties as the .6-.7vlt. smf, any help would be appreciated.

HELLO, The first thing I would ask is what the amps total of the circuit would be that this fuse is holding. Then I would tell you that low ohm resistors with marginal watt values are indeed current limitting devices. Find your amps total and that should tell you the correct resistor to install. Bear in mind that the propertys of the resistor may react slower than a fuse. OZ Wink

Even though the question was not clear to me, but I would like to help,. First you need to know the power and the voltage of the cct. with these
you would be able know the current, and that fuse should be able to control at least ten times the cct. current. Thanks ( 00233208116662 )
