Toshiba TV (Model 3339DB) Service Manual or Guide

Does anyone have or know where I can find the above? It's a ~10 year old 4:3 tube TV

The tube is fine, but the tuner seems to be cutting in and out- it alternates between fine, as normal, and white noise picture. It often stays fine for a while if left switched on for hours on end.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
