Hi

I have a 15" BenQ monitor. There is a Short 2SC2800.
I can't find it. can some one tell me an equivalent for it.

Shahriar,

Something tells me you either mistyped the number or looked it up wrong?

2SC2800 is a RF power txistor used in RF amplifier/transmitters in the UHF/microwave band --certainly not in a computer monitor Question

On the transistor is written "c2800"
should I look for something else except 2sc2800.

While it is usually safe to assume it is a 2SCxx series, in this case you are probably looking for KTC2008? (korean manufacturere) --is this it?
