So I recently bought a new headset, and ONE WEEK out of the newegg warranty, the USB cable (only provides power to the headset for vibration+lights) pops out of the cable splitter.

Before I try to sell these and buy a new one (which I probably won't do anyway), I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on the best way to fix this.

(My camera isn't that great, so the closeups are kinda blurry)

1) Unattached USB cable

2) Contrasted so you can see wires better

3) Hole where wires go in

(There's a hole around it about 1mm in diameter, then a smaller hole inside about 1/2 mm)

4) Wider angle of splitter

Thanks!

Not familiar with the unit & cant really tell from the pix, but it looks like a sealed unit . ---unless you are able to get inside the splitter without damaging it, there is no easy way. I've repaired similiar devices where you'd have to acarefully cut in to the piece to be able to do anything....more than likely not worth the hassle.
