Provision 14CXT7, with TV2KR chassis, has a hotizontal white line of about 2mm thickness 1 cm below Top of picture tube and is in all situations visible. Furthermore picture and sound are OK, but I have the idea that top and bottom of picture tube for about 1cm is not used.
Who can tell me where I have to look for this problem.

Problem solved. This white line came after replacing a bad elco. I entered the service menu and changed the VA so white line disapears and picture fills complete tube.
