Gemini Bake and Broil Microwave

My Gemini is approximately fifteen years old and in very good condition, however at times it will not turn on after I set it ready to go. Sometimes when I turn it on it pops the breaker which I reset and the appliance goes to work, at times the table will not turn unless I give it a push. It runs well for weeks and then won't run for a day or two. I use both features and I keep it clean, I am the only person that uses this appliance. I was told it may need a new belt. I do not have a service manual, even if I did I would not go into it. Perhaps you may have some idea what is wrong, so where do I take it for serviceing?
