Can someone confirn that the RCA ctc 177 is the same as this Sears TV -chasis # C539-51315-1?

Also, curious if it would be the eeprom that would cause low or distorted audio for this TV?

I don't think so,also you should give full chassi #.Try to Check Q1954,C1904,or remove Q404 of bottom of the board.
