| Voltage needle jumps to maximum on power up, the output registers 93VDC and the control knobs are not responsive. The capacitors are good and the Power Transistors are OK. I'm an old guy but have minimal experience in electronic repairs and any help that may provide, that comes from practice, will be much appreciated. |
