Projection TV power supply?

I have a Philips projection TV and the picture on it goes from little and oval shaped to normal. It works better after it warms up but still oscilates. Ive changed 3 capacitors that reacted to chilling and warming but the problem still exists. If it is unplugged, all I get is a black screen for a while when plugged in. I believe that the CRT's are not getting sufficient power. I dont know what the power supply looks like or how to test it. Can you help?

Sounds like a convergence problem. Go into the menu and see if you can align the cross hatches.
