(problem with the joystick maybe some broken spring )there are 4 screws in the back of the flatpanel but i cant open it someone knows the trick the button looks too big for the hole

sometimes the solder connections break loose on these faces. the knobs on the volume control and joystick should come off. they are on a bit tight sometimes so you may have to pry on them gently.
