Panasonic TX-21GV1C, TV-Video combination Restarts

Hello,

My TV is Panasonic TX-21GV1C, TV-Video combination works fine for about 30 minutes but then switches off and back on (without us doing something) and keeps this doing about every 3 to 5 minites. We live in PNG and the technition feel s that it as to do with the time but does not know how to fix it.

Can somebody help
