Sound on full can`t adjusted Nicam chip MSP3415 replaced still the same
Mute not working tv sound on full all the time
Found what data on pin 3 and 4 on procesor should be 3v but i have
2,6 on 3 and 3,2 on 4 i replaced processor still the same
Run out of ideas.
Any help !!!!!!
