sony 2553 big problem ,funny pepole heads

my sony have a strange problem,i have a white line on the tv in the middle ,the upper picture shows the pepole with funny head,like an alian.
the lower picture is alright.the piture is not full.i thoght it was lin problem,
but when i turn the trimer nothing happend.any help would be great

the cap is usually c531 680MfD, fault improves with time

please let me know how to fix this problem with the sony tv, this line across the screen is sending me mad,

have you replaced c531?

By replacing an electrolytic capacitor in vertical linearity circuit (560uF) , the problem is solved.
