sony kv-29x5e

Hello all,

I have a TV sony kv-29x5e (FE-1 chassis), that doesn't start.

When I switch on, it blinks the led 2 times. I found the Q533 (2SD2539) damaged and I changed it.

After I switch on again, the TV works during 10 minutes, and switch off again.

I changed the HOT transformer and the Q533 once again, and I have the same problem. After some minutes, it switch off again. When I switch on, the led blinks 2 times

I resolder the contacts around the transistor 2sd2539.

Can you help me?

did you use a genuine sony transistor, from experience copies will not work in these sets

Well, the original transistor D2539 is from a unknown brand (I don't recognise the symbol of the factory). The news transistors that I bought are from Toshiba.

I will try to buy a new transistor from Sony. It's not easy, but I will try.
