The Zip Disk will not read. It seems it can format but will not read disks. Has anyone encountered this problem? Any advice? Thanks you. |

In computer language, sounds like either the disc or perhaps the drive mechanism needs repair/replace?. Is it the same with ANY zip disc?
Has it been in a smokey enviroment or even been impacted?
While there is always a possibility of a software issue/upgrade, I'd suggest contacting Roland direct or an authorized dealer to get the answer. |
