I have an Emerson ECR 1350 13 inch TV that has developed a problem. The reception on all channels is good. About 1/3 down from the top of the screen there are a series of dark horozontal bands of varying heigth. They go clear across the screen and take up about 1/10 of the screen, vertically. This area is also distorted. The vertical controls seem to work properly. I do not have a schematic so I am somewhat lost as to which components affect the vertical deflection. Can anyone supply me with a schematic or advice?
Dave
