kv29c5 sony tuner problem

hi all
i've a kv29c5a , that won't tune band III-IV-V , tune only band I , i've try to change tuner but the problem is not solve
somneone can help me?

i am sorry to say that i can't help you, but i saw that you were in milano and i was hoping that you could help me.

i have a friend who is traveling in italy. he has a sony camcorder that broke a few days ago. he has desperately been trying to find a camcorder repair shop in milano, but because he has a very limited knowledge of the italian language, he has been unsuccessful.

he is feeling quite frustrated and stressed about it since it is a brand new camera, and he still has a long trip ahead of him.

any ideas of where he could go?
