Can't Add Channels to Zenith B27A11Z

I received my Zenith B27A11Z with only 2 channels available. Channel 2 and Video. I went into the menu and tried to add more channels but ended up accidentally deleting channel 2. All I have now is video! I can't find the option to add more channels in the menu, and I just want channel 3 to hook up my cable. Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks!

Buy a universal Zenith remote so you can access the menu to auto program the channels or just put it on channel 3.
