washing machine

Hi

I am new here. Just want to ask if someone can help me troubleshooting semi auto washing machine. Any links ?

Seems like my washing machine cannot wash and spin. I already replace the capasitor (5uf - spin and 10uf - wash) and it does not help.

How do I check the status of capasitor by using multimeter ? Socket and power cable fuse all are okay.
