My Friends: I am trying to fix the power supply of a Daewoo VCR, model number DV-K84N. A 3-pin component is burnt, possibly a power transistor or voltage regulator, but what do I know. The part number is C5021F-R. My local electronics parts stores in Toronto cannot cross reference this component. Any idea what this component is? Thanks for any help.

It is a Korean transistor (if TO-220 package that is) --made by samsung KSC5021
